    A quantitative analogy between crystallization and polymerization and a physical analogy between crystals and polymers. The main result of my PhD is finally online.

    We demonstrate a quantitative analogy between crystallization and polymerization by showing how ultrathin nanowires can grow with the same kinetic of polymerization and yield the same conformation in solution. It is the culmination of my PhD work and it has been finally (after 5 years) accepted.
